Seniors’ Resource Center – Financial Management Policies: Signature Policy
The President & CEO, the Director of Finance, Vice President of Administration, and Board
Chair shall be authorized signers on all bank accounts. Checks made for $4,999.99 or under
shall require one signature. Checks made for $5,000 or more shall require two signatures.
All authorized signers shall NOT have the ability to print checks. A check signer cannot sign
a check made out to him or herself or to a related party.
