1. Check-in times vary with the different shifts. All drivers must check in with dispatch when they begin their routes.
  2. Employees who are unable to report to work must call the dispatcher or supervisor as soon as possible. Failure to call may result in an unexcused absence.
  3. Check employee bulletin board, located in the dispatch office, for notices about scheduled route deviations, demand response rides, changes in procedures, road closures, driving conditions, etc.
  4. Review your schedule promptly and advise dispatch of any complications or gaps that may affect your day. This gives the dispatch/scheduler an opportunity to ease your route or assign additional trips during scheduling gaps.
