1. When glass is broken through scuffling, carelessness, or malice, obtain names and addresses of witnesses and the offending party (if possible). Turn in an Incident Report.
  2. If a window in the passenger area is cracked, avoid sitting passengers next to or around the area of the cracked window.
  3. Be sure to make note of cracked glass to your supervisor.
