Ridership Change

Between 2013 and 2019, Estes Transit ridership was consistenly between 74,000 - 100,000 riders over the course of the Town's seasonal shuttle program service (late June through Labor Day). In 2020, service was decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic and began later than normal (on July 1). Ridership was extremely low during 2020 due to the pandemic and then began to rebound in 2021. By 2022, Estes Transit ridership had rebounded to pre-pandemic levels and ridership to date for special event service has been very strong.
