The President & CEO and the Director of Finance are authorized to develop and enter into
contractual agreements with vendors, bankers, and third parties for the purpose of ensuring
the Agency’s general operations. Leases and other contractual agreements are negotiated
by the Director of Finance and/or VP of Administration and executed with the approval of
the President & CEO. Employees/managers shall not enter into contractual obligations on
behalf of the Agency. All contracts, deeds, conveyances, mortgages, and other instruments
in the name of the Agency shall be signed by President & CEO or his/her designee.
