The specific provisions of the Eligible Investments section and Asset Allocation guidelines section
above shall be waived as applied to the SRC Endowment Fund managed under terms of The
Agreement with the Denver Foundation and the Community First Foundation.
The Finance Committee shall be authorized to manage the allocation of funds in the Community
First Foundation between equities, fixed income and cash.
