Section 4 – Complaints
If you can answer a passenger’s complaint to his or her satisfaction, do so. If not, refer the individual to the Division Director at 563-4545. If a passenger asks you to identify yourseIf, you must give your name. If asked for this information by a bystander or another motorist, the driver should obtain witnesses by handing out courtesy cards and make out an Incident Report when he/she returns to the office. This will help to protect you, as well as SUCAP.
