Generic employee behavior, expectations and other requirements is defined in the SUCAP Employee Handbook, and further defined in the SUCAP Policy and Procedure Manual.  Items governed by these documents include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Attendance and punctuality, including procedures for calling in sick
  • Employee time records
  • Employee appearance on the job (dress codes)
  • Employee discipline procedures, including termination
  • Use of computers and communication systems
  • Personal conduct on the job
  • Drug-free workplace policy, including drug and alcohol testing for safety-sensitive positions such as Road Runner Stage Lines drivers.
  • Client and organization confidentiality
  • Use of SUCAP/Road Runner Stage Lines equipment and supplies
