Aryn Schlichting, the new HR Director for Eagle Valley Transportation Authority, is looking to find a suitable HR & finance system. Has anyone found an HR, Payroll system that works well with transit? Ideally something that can also handle the nuances of driver scheduling and changing shifts.

Our Payroll department is also looking into finding a payroll system that works well with transit applications. Currently we use Kronos, and it is not very effective as a program, specifically with all the nuances found with transit as opposed to a more traditional 8 – 5 workday. Would you mind sharing the information that you gather with us?
