Clear Creek County has a Lead Driver who is training their remaining drivers, and they’re trying to determine the wage standard for the Lead Driver performing the training class. Please reply if you have an example of a wage or standard wage you pay drivers who perform such trainings.

The Town of Snowmass Village pays Lead Drivers on a scale 10% above the Bus Operator scale. As part of their job description they are expected to take part in training other drivers so we don’t give them a higher wage while they are conducting trainings than they are paid any other time.
