Ridership Change

In 2019 GET saw an all time high in ridership on the Fixed Route system. Large numbers of the ridership was due to the City's partnership with the local school district providing all students under the age of 19 free rides on the Fixed Route system. In early 2020 the high ridership trend was continuing and the Poudre Express route was launched in January of 2020 then COVID hit... In 2020 after COVID related service reductions and reduced ridership GET finished the year at a large decrease of 56% down over 2019. In 2021 the gradual climb back started, showing a 13% increase in ridership over 2020, and in 2020 GET showed a 33% increase over 2021.
