Two months prior to starting Zero Fare ridership was 2,426 in June, 2,577 in July, and 3,640 in August. That is approximately a 41% increase for the Zero Fare month. Customers as well as drivers were really excited for the free fare. However, September ridership did drop to 2,555 passengers. We did go over our anticipated ridership for the month of August.
