August 2022 total ridership for both fixed-route and ADA paratransit modes combined was 313,549 trips. When compared with the prior month of July 2022 which had a total of 226,354 trips, this denotes an increase of 38.52%. When compared to the previous year, August 2021 with 192,825 trips, this signifies a 62.61% increase, and when compared to August of 2019, prior to the COVID-19 global pandemic, which had a total of 321,106 trips, this represents a decrease of only 2.35%.
MMT’s Metro Mobility complementary ADA paratransit service provided 10,543 passenger trips in August of 2022, which amounts to an increase of 35.24% when compared to ridership in July 2022 and an increase of 26.01% as compared to August of 2021, but a decrease of 17.57% as compared to August 2019.
