• Minimize distractions (phone, email, etc)
• Stay on topic
• Listen actively
• Show up on time, mentally and physically prepared
• Do not interrupt others (one speaker at a time)
• Everyone must contribute
• Have (and keep) a clear objective
• Snacks must be present
• Share positive experiences starting and finishing each meeting
• Speakers must adhere to a time limit
• Stay on topic
• Don’t turn the meeting into a complain session
