CDOT Sub-Recipients

As in years past, Rural CDOT Sub-Recipients receive 2 free registrations to attend the Fall Conference. Unlike in years past, this year we will be providing the free registrations as a reimbursement similar to CORTAP Scholarships. The process for receiving a reimbursement for two registrations is outlined below:

  • Register for the conference
    • Indicate on your registration form that you are employed by a Rural CDOT Sub-recipient. If you aren’t sure if your agencies is a Rural CDOT Sub-recipient you can verify by reaching out to your CDOT Grants Manager. CASTA does not have a list of Rural CDOT Sub-recipients.
    • Pay for the registration
  • Check-in with CASTA Staff when you arrive at the conference
  • Enjoy the conference
  • Once the conference is over, CASTA will send reimbursement checks to cover up to 2 registrations for which Rural CDOT Sub-recipients paid.
  • Rural CDOT Sub-recipients are any agency that currently receives funding to provide transit services to rural areas in Colorado from CDOT, i.e. 5311 agencies.
  • If you have any questions please reach out to [email protected]

You may also apply for CORTAP Scholarship funds to cover travel and lodging to attend the conference. Rural CDOT Sub-Recipients free registration may not be used as match toward CORTAP Scholarships. Rural CDOT Sub-Recipient free registrations are paid for through CORTAP
