Seniors’ Resource Center – Financial Management Policies: Budgeting Process
The President & CEO and the Director of Finance shall be responsible for presenting to the
Finance Committee an annual operating budget draft by November and the Board of
Directors for approval by December. The budget will be created by soliciting input from
managers, using historical data, and input from appropriate committees.
The Finance Committee shall review and approve a fiscal year budget revenues and
expenditures, and submit it for approval to the Board of Directors.
