All invested cash shall be managed to achieve the following objectives:
- Safety of Principal. The primary objective shall be to protect against any loss of
principal - Liquidity. Investments will be managed to ensure that cash is available to meet SRC
liquidity needs. - Yield. Investments will be managed to optimize returns within appropriate safety
and liquidity constraints under “Eligible Investments” as detailed below. - Diversification. Investments shall be diversified to avoid incurring unreasonable risk
regarding a specific security, asset class, maturity period, or institution.
