1. Do not permit any person to operate the vehicle except the driver in charge or a SUCAP supervisor or maintenance official.
  2. Employees are permitted to operate only those vehicles on which they are qualified by SUCAP.
  3. Qualified employees must not take over equipment controls from an employee assigned to the vehicle except in an emergency and only if the employee has permission from a dispatcher, supervisor or Division Director.
