1. You must yield the right-of-way to pedestrians crossing the street regardless of whether they are at a marked crosswalk or in the center of the block where there is no crosswalk.  When a pedestrian is crossing the street, you must drive with caution until sure the pedestrian is safely out of the way.
  2. You must not assume that because the pedestrian is moving he/she will continue to move and be out of the way by the time the bus reaches him/her.
