All GVRTA transit service vehicles are properly insured to meet CDOT insurance requirements per the FTA/CDOT grant agreement, Section 13. All state insurance requirements include liability coverage
requirements per the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, CRS §24-10-101, et seq.
